		<description>Each question has a max of 8 answers.  A user can rate the possible 8 answers using 3 choices; Best Answer, Second, Third or some variation.  Since an answer that has had longer to grow would obviously get more positive selections an algorithm would sort the answers based upon length of time available or some similar variable.

The 8 questions would appear based upon ranking.  There would also be 2-4 new questions that would be given time to be judged against the others in hopes to make it into the top 8.

The idea is to create a system that fosters better answers and increased user participation.
