		<description>It is a nuisance for everyone, but I believe the reason for the complicated packaging is to prevent in-store theft.  By requiring the use of tools to open the package, it makes it very difficult for someone to remove the item and place the empty box back in the store shelf.  Definitely an opportunity for some creative mind to develop a better solution...
